1.The fare for your journey will be calculated based on the distance between your pickup point and destination.
2. We do not use air conditioning in hilly areas or when the cab is not running, and you are not allowed to force the driver to turn it on.
3. Any discounts you receive will not be applicable to additional charges such as tolls, taxes, extra kilometers, extra hours, driver allowance, parking, night charges, etc.
4. The vehicle booked is subject to availability; if the car booked is not available on the day of travel, an alternative equivalent vehicle in the same segment will be provided.
5. Any extra charges must be paid directly in cash to the driver or Cab Space Agency.
6. In some cases, the driver or an associate of Cab Space may call in advance to reconfirm with you.
7. To confirm your cab booking, you must pay a 500/- advance fee which will be deducted from your fare; this fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
